I never received my package. The shipping company returned it to the seller even though my shipping address was completely correct. I contacted the seller about the issue, but as soon as I requested a refund, they stopped responding and declined my refund request. I received neither the item nor a refund. The seller has effectively stolen my $72.
Hi Mike,
We’re sorry your order was not delivered and that we did not handle your follow-up properly. After reviewing the shipment, we confirmed the non-delivery. Your request should not have been declined because of the return window, and we apologize for this mistake.
We have now issued a full refund to your original payment method. It may take some time for your payment provider to show the credit. No return is required, as you never received the item.
We’re sorry for the frustration and the delay in resolving this.
